How it works
Grandma-easy loop. You do this on the household app, not on these pages.
1. Put seven dinners on the week
Title, who eats, servings, time, and a one-line pitch.
2. Each voting adult can Swap or Remove
No tap leaves that dinner as-is. A swap can include a short note.
3. Watch it live
Everyone in the house sees the same week on their phone.
4. Lock when the week is settled
The week locks after swaps and dinner requests are cleared. Removed nights and untouched dinners do not block lock.
5. Then recipes and the list
After lock: full recipes and a merged shopping list, split by store. Prices stay blank unless a real source and as-of date exist.
6. Before lock, titles only
The list screen shows meal titles until the week locks.
People per night (including Off and Solo nights) lives under House in the app. Store labels such as Trader Joe’s and Smith’s only split the locked list.
